Enabled Spotify as primary music provider in Google Home.Re-added all Nest Mini devices and Chromecast to the home.Reinstalled and signed back into Spotify (mobile, desktop).Signed back into affected Google accounts on mobile.Unistalled and re-installed Google Home, Google Assistant, Google Search (on devices for which I could not uninstall Google Search I cleared all app cache and data, and then removed the affected Google accounts from the devices before rebooting).Removed Spotify as a provider to Google Home.Signed out of and unistalled all Spotify instances for all family members (mobile, desktop).Factory reset all Nest Mini and Chromecast devices and then kept them powered off.Thanks for jumping in, What you've suggested is precisely how I've configured things for my family.Īs far as troubleshooting steps I've tried the following (in order):
